Research has shown leadership within the housing sector remains largely non-diverse and the diversity which exists within the workforce is not replicated further up the career ladder.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1936\" src=\"http:\/\/www.taipawb.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/llm.jpg\" alt=\"Three people with leader like me pledges\" width=\"2048\" height=\"899\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tai Pawb has developed a number of pledges for individuals in the housing sector. They can be made by any member of staff as well as tenants and board members.
