  • Occupational Therapy Assistant (2 Positions Available)
  • Full time (37 hours per week) and Permanent 
  • Salary range will be £25,877.80 (includes UK real living wage) to £30,404 per annum
  • Expected date of interviews - Tuesday 18th August 2026

We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our Occupational Therapy team at Bron Afon.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with customers in their homes, carrying out assessments, recommending aids and adaptations, and helping people overcome barriers that affect their daily lives. You will play a vital role in enabling people to remain safe, independent and connected to their communities.

 

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about supporting disabled people and promoting independence.
  • Experienced in working with individuals in community, health, housing or social care settings.
  • A confident communicator who builds positive relationships with customers, families, carers and partner agencies.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload.
  • Comfortable working independently in the community while remaining a strong team player.
  • Competent in using IT systems and maintaining accurate records.
