The role will be based on-site at one of our Community Living Schemes.
We’re dedicated to providing the best service for our tenants and always being available to help. As a sessional worker, you could be asked to cover periods of absence including annual leave which would suit someone looking for casual work without a weekly commitment.

Naturally as our Community Living Partner, you’ll embrace and embody the values and behaviours we hold in our tenant and employee owned mutual. You’ll deliver a first line support service to enhance wellbeing, coordinate community events to help reduce social isolation along with the general day to day running of our Community Living Schemes. It’s also a hands-on role that includes cleaning of communal areas, Health and Safety Checks and Minor Repairs.
Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can easily develop good working relationships with an empathetic approach. You’ll pride yourself on delivering the best service possible with exemplary professional boundaries. You’re passionate about making a difference and has experience of delivering support to vulnerable people. You’re well organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
Please be aware that due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check.
