Responsible for: Providing strategic and operational leadership for Tai Pawb’s member services, income generation and partnership projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong membership support and effective collaborations. Vicki also leads on Tai Pawb’s award-winning QED Award.
Experience and Interests: Vicki has worked in the housing sector for over 20 years, starting in maintenance and private sector housing at Cardiff Council and a Cardiff-based housing association, where she headed two homelessness services and an estate agency. These services were delivered in partnership with local authorities in Cardiff, Blaenau Gwent and Merthyr Tydfil.
She has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Housing and Professional Practice from Cardiff University. Vicki has been part of Tai Pawb since 2020 and, outside of work, loves tea, animals, and managing the hectic logistics department otherwise known as her daughters’ social calendars. She is passionate about creating a fairer Wales where everyone, now and in the future, can thrive.
