Born from member feedback, EDI Connect is for a safe space for members to network with other like-minded people within the housing sector to share good practice, and get support on any equality matter they or their organisation are working on. The network is open to all members and we encourage representation from all.
There are standard agenda items like Anti Racism Wales Action Plan (ARWAP) and policy/legislation updates, but most of the agenda is shaped by the attendees. You can find out more about the network in Vicki’s blog: The magic of a community of practice
These sessions are chaired by Merthyr Valleys Homes’ Mena Fombo.
The network is held online via Teams and this year’s meetings will take place on the following dates:
23 July 2026: 10am – 12pm
22 October 2026: 10am – 12pm
28 January 2027: 10am – 12pm
