It’s here. We’ve launched our new Strategy for 2026-2030.
Building on over 20 years of championing equity and human rights in housing, and the strong foundation laid down by our members and partners, our strategy focuses on where we can make the greatest difference.
At a time when the housing emergency is deepening and inequalities continue to affect who can access a safe, secure and suitable home, our new strategy sets out a clear vision for the next four years.
Our Vision: A Wales where everyone has the right to a good home.
Our Mission: To advance equity and social justice in housing in Wales.
To achieve this we will:
– Change the system: A housing system built on fairness, human rights, and people’s voices.
– Strengthen practice: A strong, confident sector turning commitments into action.
– Shift power: Power in the hands of those most affected.
– Build the movement: A growing movement working together for change.
We know that creating a fairer Wales is not something any one organisation can achieve alone. That’s why this strategy is rooted in collaboration, bringing together members, partners, communities, leaders and people with lived experience to challenge inequality and champion inclusive housing for all.
Thank you to everyone who contributed their ideas, challenge and ambition during the development of this strategy. We look forward to working with you over the coming years to make our shared vision a reality.
