Join our new Supported Living Care Team in Risca as we plan to re-open a new care service and welcome new customers to Codi.
About the role
This is a rewarding and dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working to support the care needs of 3 adults with varying learning and physical disabilities.
You’ll be part of their support team and will spend your time helping them to enjoy activities, be active in the community, follow their hobbies and live a fulfilling life.
Each colleague has a 30 hours per week contract and this service offers:
