Phoenix Averies from TPAS Cymru has recorded a Vlog update on how TPAS Cymru is doing so far with the pledges they made for the Tai Pawb #leaderlikeme campaign. TPAS Cymru really believes that diversity in the workforce helps make the sector stronger and better serve the communities that we work with. They are looking forward to creating more opportunities for shadowing and learning new skills as they continue to be involved with the campaign.
