Nid yw Tai Pawb yn gyfrifol am gynnwys, cywirdeb, hygyrchedd na chyfieithiad swyddi a bostiwyd gan ein haelodau. Mae ein platfform yn gweithredu’n unig fel cyfeiriadur neu ganolbwynt cysylltu; nid ydym yn asiantaeth gyflogaeth ac nid ydym yn chwarae rhan yn y broses o wirio, cyfweld na chyflogi. Mae unrhyw berthynas gontractiol neu gyflogaeth ddilynol yn bodoli’n llwyr rhwng y ceisydd swydd a’r sefydliad sy’n cyflogi. Nid yw rhestru swydd wag gan sefydliad sy’n aelod yn awgrymu cymeradwyaeth na chanmoliaeth o’r gweithle hwnnw. Ni fydd Tai Pawb yn cymryd rhan mewn cyfryngu, dyfarnu na datrys anghydfodau rhwng ceiswyr swyddi a chyflogwyr.
