Mae unrhyw berthynas gontractiol neu gyflogaeth ddilynol yn bodoli’n llwyr rhwng y ceisydd swydd a’r sefydliad sy’n cyflogi. Nid yw rhestru swydd wag gan sefydliad sy’n aelod yn awgrymu cymeradwyaeth na chanmoliaeth o’r gweithle hwnnw.
