Tai Pawb is continuing our #LeaderLikeMe campaign by asking the housing sector in Wales to make pledges in order to increase the representation of diverse communities within the sector’s leadership.

The campaign is focused on personal actions individuals can take to improve the number of people in their workforce from diverse communities and the number of these individuals in leadership roles. Research has shown leadership within the housing sector remains largely non-diverse and the diversity which exists within the workforce is not replicated further up the career ladder.

Tai Pawb has developed a number of pledges for individuals in the housing sector. They can be made by any member of staff as well as tenants and board members. Find out more about the campaign here.
