Workshop Facilitation

Tai Pawb runs and facilitates tailored workshops looking at particular equality issues or challenges an organisation wishes to address. For example improving an organisations approach to engaging with Minority Ethnic households or looking at how an organisation could better utilise its customer profiling information. If you are in the process of developing an equality action plan or scheme Tai Pawb can facilitate specific workshops to encourage discussions with staff and tenants to inform their development.

These sessions are solution focused and often act as a good opportunity for shared learning and strengthening links between staff working in different departments or levels within an organisation.
